On June 19th Nick Jr and Noggin will premiere a new episode of The Backyardigans called The Tea Party. In the episode Tasha gets to choose the adventure and she wants to do a tea party. As boring as it sounds, the adventure comes in a quest for the perfect cup of tea. The kids travel to the jungles of Borneo for the perfect tea leaves and a palace for the perfect tea set which they get from the emperor. Finally they need the perfect water from a geyser.
Like most Backyardigans episodes, the music is the h ighlight. The songs are usually catchy and this episode was no exception. While the irish music seemed to be misplaced, it was still enjoyable.
The episode will air at 11:30 on Nick Jr and 4:30 on Noggin.
