Preschool Musical on a Stick
Sprout has created a special programming block focused on holiday music called Preschool Musical on a Stick. It is a 3 hour programming block that will air on December 15th from noon to 3 p.m. ET with encores the following week. To prepare, you can visit the Sprout website to download music and make your own stick puppets.

And in 2009, they renamed it Preschool Musical on TWO Sticks!
I think this year it will be called Preschool Musical on Three Sticks because we have Dish Network receivers now.
